The Committee has moved to amend their complaint to add the new owner of the Gotion Property – 333 South Spruce LLC. The first court date is Valentine’s Day (2/14) at 9 AM where the court will also set a schedule for the case. We are still waiting for the Village and Gotion to answer the complaint or move to dismiss the lawsuit, but are confident that our complaint is strong and will withstand any challenge.
The courts don’t always move quickly, but our lawyers are doing everything they can to move this case quickly and ensure our community is protected from this dangerous plant.
